Stephanie Slapin, co-founder of the Limitless Real Estate Team, is a top producing realtor in Philadelphia and has been in the industry for over 15 years. She is affectionately called the “Mother of Keller Williams” after starting a partnership that founded the original Keller Williams Realty office in Washington Square. Before real estate, she attended school, worked and lived in the UK.
After returning to the US, she gained much experience and success as the owner of an international shipping business. Her adventurous spirit took her to Philadelphia, where she has stayed for the cultural diversity, affordability & intimate feel despite its size. She is able to understand the concerns of buyers & sellers from all walks of life and focuses on educating her clients so they can make the best decisions for themselves. As a result, she mostly works with past clients and referrals, but is always open to working with new clients. Her passion for educating extends beyond just buyers, sellers, and investors as Stephanie is also a Real Estate Institute Instructor at Temple University teaching pre-licensing real estate courses focusing on real estate fundamentals & practice.
