Lia Martin is the Director of Operations for the Limitless Team, a real estate and development group in Philadelphia. Spearheading improvement efforts, Lia has been a key asset to the team’s administrative and financial success since 2019. Lia received two degrees before entering the world of real estate, an Associate Degree in Adolescent Education: English from Dutchess Community College and Bachelor’s Degree in English from Stony Brook University. Though she had no prior experience in the business, her organization and management skills transformed Limitless Team into a well-oiled sales machine. She is also the Transaction Coordinator and Listing Manager for the team, handling several transactions a month on top of her regular duties. Her determination and consistency allow clients and vendors to feel confident with Lia on their side.
Lia is also the Director of Operations for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, the first of Keller Williams. She says her philanthropic efforts through the group are to reverberate the positivity and potential she sees in the world, and reflect it directly within our brokerage.
